The PPoPP'08 Symposium will take place at the Salt Lake City Marriott City Center, located at 220 South State Street, Salt Lake City, UT 84111.

Hotel Room Block

A room block comprising a mix of single and double occupancy rooms has been reserved for the nights of February 20, 21, and 22 at the special conference rate of $149 (plus tax) per night. To accommodate early arrivals and late departures, the hotel will honor this special rate from February 17 through February 26, based on room availability.

Making Your Reservation

You may make your reservation by phone or on-line:

By phone: The toll-free reservation number is 1-800-266-9432. Please reference the block code "ACM/PPoPP'08" to obtain the negotiated conference rate.
On-line: Go to https://resweb.passkey.com/go/PPoPP, which is already configured for PPoPP'08.

Check-in time at the hotel is 3:00 pm, and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Guests are responsible for all room charges.

Reservation Cutoff Date

To obtain rooms at the negotiated conference rate, reservations MUST be made by Monday, January 21. After this date, unused rooms will be released from the block, and reservations will only be accepted based on availability and prevailing room rates.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid penalty, the hotel requires that reservations be cancelled at least seventy-two hours prior to the scheduled day of arrival.

Directions from the SLC Airport

Shuttle
The hotel recommends Xpress Shuttle. The rate is $7.00 one-way, $14.00 round-trip. For reservations, call 1-800-397-0773.

By Car
Take I-80 East to the City Center/600 South exit. Continue on 600 South and turn left on State Street. The hotel is 3 blocks north on the left hand side. Take a legal U-turn into the property. (The fee for on-site parking is $4.00 hourly and $12.00 daily. The fee for valet parking is $14.00 daily.)

Taxi
The estimated fare is $25.00 one-way.
