From Airports to Crown Plaza Hotel, White Plains

Connecticut Limo service is most convenient form of transportation from airports to Crown Plaza hotel. Details on this and other means of transportation from airports to the hotel can be found on the airport web links below. Renting a car at the airport is also a good alternative because public transportation is quite limited in the suburbs of New York, where the hotel and the conference site are located. However, driving in this area requires patience, some familiarity, and the ability to deal with poor road signs and inconsistent highway exits.

Parking Directions

If you are an IBM employee attending Policy 2004, please park in the employee parking lot behind the building. Employees (even from other sites) are not allowed to park in visitor's parking lots.

If you are a non-IBM employee, please park in the front of the building in the parking lot designated as the visitor's parking lot.
This is in the front of the IBM Yorktown building facing Route 134. Please proceed through the revolving doors to the Security desk for the receptionist who will guide you to the auditorium.

If you find the front parking lot to be full, you can park behind in the employee parking lot. In that case, please proceed to the back of the building through the entrace at Aisle 16. You will need to press the buzzer at the entrance to alert the security personnel to let you in. Please do not enter the building from the back from any other aisle.
