Conference attendees have the opportunity to become acquainted with your company and products, meet your representatives, and view company information of all kinds. The setting is informal, with refreshments served. It is a terrific opportunity to make new contacts, renew existing ones, and gain valuable exposure in a very active community. Many students attend EIPBN, and welcome the opportunity to connect with possible future employers!

Reservations can be made using the links here, by contacting the Conference Chair, or by contacting the commercial session chair. Additional rooms are available at the special conference rate by using the hotel registration feature on our web site, or by contacting the hotel directly at (303) 893-3333. Please let us know if you require special equipment or arrangements.

The Commercial Session has been one of the most popular events for vendors and attendees alike, and is an excellent opportunity for vendors to display the latest products and to communicate technical results to the scientific user community
